According to the narrative from the official arrest report submitted by Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office, a PBSO patrol deputy observed a white BMW M3 with a dark tint and a tint covering the plate driving near US-441 and Glades Road in West Boca Raton. The deputy pulled the vehicle over because he confirmed the plate was expired.
The deputy reports that when he approached the vehicle he could smell the presence of Marijuana. Abla spontaneously uttered that he had two firearms in the vehicle – one by his leg and one in the glove box.
Hassan was asked to step out of the vehicle to which he complied. Hassan was detained and not free to leave. When asked if there was any marijuana in the vehicle he stated “There shouldn’t be”.
