BOCA RATON, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — A Boca Raton woman sideswiped another vehicle in her Lexus SUV and fled the scene but was caught by PBSO after the victim followed her and called 9-1-1.

Maria Fernandes Cunha, 59, of the 2200 block of SW 16th Ave in Boca Raton, was arrested and charged with DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, and driving with a suspended license. This is after she allegedly side-swiped another motorist on 18th Street and Boca Raio Road in her Lexus SUV. • DUI-UNLAW BLD ALCH – DUI DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR PERSON OF ANOTHER
