Cops Find Couple Engaged In “Sexual Activity” In Minivan While Parked In Publix Parking Lot.
BOCA RATON, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — A Boca Raton man is in jail this morning facing prior charges as well as a new one for providing a fake name to the cops, according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
Jamar Cunningham, 30, who lives at the Reflections of Boca Del Mar Apartments, has been arrested Thursday afternoon by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
According to an arrest affidavit submitted by the arresting deputy, Jamar Cunningham and his wife Brooke Cunningham were observed in plain view “conducting sexual activity” in the back of a black minivan. The deputy startled the two as he approached the vehicle, who both immediately covered their private parts and put their clothes back on. The deputy noted that a lot of juveniles were walking in the parking lot as the school had just recently let out.
The deputy also reports that he observed a “piece of cotton and a fresh bloody paper towel lying near the center console, that I recognized from my training and experience to be used for the consumption of Heroin.”
When asked, Jamar Cunningham told the deputy he did not have any identification on him and provided him with the wrong name several times. Once Brooke Cunningham told the deputy Jamar Cunningham’s real name, he quickly found out why Jamar Cunningham was lying. Jamar Cunningham had several warrants out for his arrest.
Jamar Cunningham was arrested for providing a false ID to law enforcement.
