Visual surveillance was maintained as De Lucca returned to the first floor and began walking towards the store’s interior mall entrance. The loss prevention employee witnessed De Lucea pass all points of sale without attempting payment. The loss prevention employee showed me video footage of the incident which accurately depicts the events as described.
