Boca Raton Man Arrested After Sending Threatening Text Messages
BOCA RATON, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — A Boca Raton man has been arrested and charged with Written Threats To Kill according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
A Boca Raton man has been arrested by the Boca Raton Police Department. Boca Post has been notified that the man is charged with multiple counts of Written Threats To Kill.
The Boca Raton man was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on Thursday evening where he remains while he waits to see a judge later on Friday morning.
According to an arrest affidavit submitted by the Boca Raton Police Department, the man sent text messages to two victims, stating he was going to kill them because they wouldn’t help him.
The judge on Friday morning ordered that the man be released to his father, without bond, who was present in court with him. The man was ordered to immediately seek treatment at a local rehab facility in Boca Raton. The judge also ordered that he not use any drugs or alcohol.
