BOCA RATON, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — Ted Ecker Levy of Boca Raton has been arrested and charged with Written Threats To Kill according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Ted Eckerlevy, 24, of the 600 block of NW 13th Street in Boca Raton, has been arrested by the Boca Raton Police Department. Boca Post has been notified that Levy is charged with multiple counts of Written Threats To Kill.

Levy was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on Thursday evening where he remains while he waits to see a judge later on Friday morning.

According to an arrest affidavit submitted by the Boca Raton Police Department, Levy sent text messages to two victims, stating he was going to kill them because they wouldn’t help him.

The judge on Friday morning ordered that Levy be released to his father, without bond, who was present in court with him. Levy was ordered to immediately seek treatment at a local rehab facility in Boca Raton. The judge also ordered that he not use any drugs or alcohol.
