JUPITER, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2026) — A civil lawsuit has been filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court alleging a slip-and-fall incident inside the clubhouse at Trump National Golf Club Jupiter.

The case, Ramona Spadoni v. Jupiter Golf Club LLC, Case No. 502026CA004713XXXAMB, was filed April 27, 2026, in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida.

According to the complaint, plaintiff Ramona Spadoni, a resident of St. Lucie County, is suing Jupiter Golf Club LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Trump National Golf Club Jupiter. The lawsuit was filed by attorneys with Kanner & Pintaluga, P.A., based in Boca Raton. No defense attorney is listed in the filing.

The complaint alleges that on or about May 4, 2024, Spadoni was lawfully on the premises of the golf club, located at 115 Eagle Tree Terrace in Jupiter, when the incident occurred. According to the filing, she was walking through the clubhouse when she slipped and fell due to a liquid substance that had accumulated on the floor.

Spadoni claims the defendant owned, possessed, maintained, and controlled the property at the time of the incident. The complaint alleges that Jupiter Golf Club failed to maintain the premises in a reasonably safe condition and failed to address the hazardous condition that led to the fall.

The lawsuit further claims the defendant was negligent in multiple ways, including allowing the liquid substance to remain on the floor, failing to detect or remove it, and not providing adequate warning to invitees. The complaint also alleges the club failed to properly inspect and maintain the premises and did not comply with applicable safety standards.

According to the filing, the condition was not isolated and occurred with enough regularity to be considered foreseeable. The plaintiff alleges the defendant had either actual or constructive notice of the hazardous condition.

As a result of the fall, Spadoni claims she suffered serious bodily injuries. The complaint states these include permanent injury, pain and suffering, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, mental anguish, medical expenses, lost wages, diminished earning capacity, and loss of enjoyment of life.

The lawsuit seeks damages in excess of $50,000, excluding interest, costs, and attorney’s fees. The plaintiff has also demanded a jury trial on all issues.

All allegations in the complaint are claims made by the plaintiff and have not been proven in court.
