MARGATE, FL (Boca Post) — See what firework shows and celebrations are happening in Margate on the 4th of July.

The city of Margate isn’t just hosting a fireworks show, they are hosting an all-day event and calling it the 4th Of July Extravanganza. The event will include a parade, pool party, live music, food, and of course, a fireworks show.

When And Where Is The Margate Fireworks Show?

Margates 4th Of July Extravaganza will begin with a parade at 9:00 AM. From there, the festivities continue with the Calypso Cove Pool Party from 1 PM until 4 PM. Then, the party continues with live music and food trucks from 5 PM to 9 PM. Finally, the Fireworks will light up the night at 9 PM.

  • Parade (9 AM – 11:30 AM)
  • Pool Party (1 PM – 4 PM)
    • Pool party hosted at Calypso Cove (6200 Royal Palm Boulevard)
    • $4 for Margate residents, and $7 for non-residents.
  • Extravaganza (5 PM – 9 PM)
    • Live Band (Attica) Takes Stage @ 6PM
    • Fireworks (9 PM)

Margate’s 4th Of July Extravaganza will be hosted at Margate Boulevard and US-441.

Expect road closures from 9 AM to 11 AM near Margate Boulevard and 76th Avenue to SR-7. Additionally, Margate Boulevard from SR-7 to the Clock Tower will be closed From 9 AM to 11 PM.
