Tequeste Burris understands the heartache of losing a child to gun violence as her son Ke’Tavious Walker tragically lost his life in a shooting incident in Pompano Beach just last month. Responders, from BSO deputies and Pompano Beach Fire Rescue swiftly arrived at the scene where they found an adult male named Walker who had sustained a gunshot wound. He was taken by paramedics to Broward Health North where he was declared dead.. BSO’s Homicide and Crime Scene teams arrived to look into what happened in the incident..
