Reported first by Boca Post

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2023) — Clint Christopher of Boca Raton has been arrested and charged with solicitation and traveling to meet a minor for sex, according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Clint Christopher, 47, of the 10400 block of Plaza Centro in the Mission Bay community of unincorporated Boca Raton, has been arrested by the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office. Boca Post has been notified that the charges are related to using a computer to meet and solicit sex from an underage child.

Christopher was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 5:36 PM on Thursday, May 25th, 2023. A judge recently ordered that Clint has no access to electronic devices, smartphones, the internet, social media, weapons, any victims, or anyone under 18. On Saturday evening, Clint was released from the PBSO jail on a $200,00 bond.

According to an arrest affidavit reviewed by Boca Post, an underage male met with Clint Christopher several times “in the back” of LA Fitness on Baracasa Way in unincorporated Boca Raton. After the boy’s father caught the two in the act, he reported the two to PBSO.

Undercover agents then exchanged text messages with Christopher while pretending to be the young boy. Shortly after some very explicit text messages, PBSO apprehended Christopher at the LA Fitness on US-441 in West Boca Raton.

Christopher admitted to investigators that he met the boy on an app. Christopher said that he checks ID “if someone looks young”. Christopher admitted that he and the boy met at his house several times before the father caught the two of them in the Target parking lot.

Christopher alleges that the boy is lying and he is going to sue him and his family. Christopher also told detectives, “My life is ******* over”.

Clint Christopher is facing the following charges:

  • 2 counts of 800.04(5C2) LEWD AND/OR LASCIVIOUS MOLESTATION
  • 847.0135(3A) SOLICITATION OF A MINOR
  • 847.0135(4A) TRAVELING TO MEET A MINOR TO ENGAGE IN SEXUAL
