Boca Raton Woman Arrested For Trespassing Hours After Released From Jail For Same – Ivona Sandru

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — A Boca Raton woman was arrested for trespassing by the Boca Raton Police Department two days in a row according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Ivona Sandru, 34, has been arrested Saturday evening by the Boca Raton Police Department and is waking up in the PBSO jail on her birthday this morning. Boca Post has been notified that the charges filed include “TRESPASSING – PROPERTY NOT STRUCTURE OR CONVEY”.

The PBSO jail, and even the trespassing charge, should be familiar to Sandru as she was arrested by the Boca Raton Police Department just the day before for the same charge.

Boca Post has learned that Sandru was previously arrested last year for eluding the police after calling them to an ex-boyfriend’s house in West Boca Raton that she has previously been accused of stalking. She was also arrested last year for using an ex-roommates credit card without his permission, racking up close to $800 dollars in unauthorized purchases.

These two trespass charges were filed after Sandru was arrested for violating the trespass order demanding she stay away from Villa Rica Apartments, located at 520 NE 44th Street in Boca Raton. This is after the tenant asked Police to trespass Sandru.

The tenant who filed the trespass warning tells Boca Post that Sandru was an ex-roommate who he says was stealing from him. Sandru allegedly returned to the apartment several times and tried to get inside the unit before the police were notified.

According to the police report from the first arrest, Sandru was arrested the same day that the trespass warning was issued. Of course, she was arrested the very next day after returning to the apartment again.

Sandru was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 9:38 on Saturday evening where she remains this morning. This arrest was only hours after being released from jail for another trespassing charge.
