Boca Raton’s Kenzie Ruback Charged With Aggravated Battery (Domestic) With A Deadly Weapon
BOCA RATON, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — A Boca Raton man has been arrested for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
Kenzie Ruback, 24, of the 22000 block of Ironwedge Drive in Boca Raton, has been arrested early Thursday morning by the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office. While the official arrest report is still being processed Thursday morning, Boca Post has been notified that the charge filed is “784.045(1A2) AGGRAVATED BATTERY W/DEADLY WEAPON DOMESTIC”.
The relationship of the victim to Ruback is not yet known. Since the charge was domestic-related, the victim must either be a spouse of Ruback or live with him. It is also not yet clear what weapon was used in the attack.
Ruback was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 2:38 on Thursday morning. Ruback is scheduled to see a judge for his first appearance later this morning.
